Seated next to Stanley Park on Barkley Street, this project transformed a compact 400-square-foot boutique suite built in a 1950s building into a light and airy haven. The goal was to create a space that feels both ample and intimate - Embracing the minimalist aesthetic that characterizes Scandinavian design.

From coordinating the renovation to implementing every detail, our team ensured a seamless process, incorporating all necessary elements to transform the space, including new plumbing fixtures, flooring, paint, countertops, lighting, and millwork. A highlight being a strategically placed dividing glass wall that not only delineates the living areas but also invites natural light to flow through, creating a spacious ambiance.
